Age appropriate teen/youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction, with eligible older students also able to participate in appropriate adult/family classes. Instruction includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals, self defense, positional skills, movement and coordination, technique development, controlled partner drills, physical conditioning, and supervised live training appropriate to the students age and experience level. Tuition $200 per month, per student, for unlimited BJJ training.
