Unclaimed listing: created from charter-published data
Freedom in Motion Gym is a community of coaches and athletes who are dedicated to improving student's athleticism and movement capability through the power of play and mobility. Here at Freedom in Motion, we focus on teaching the sport of Parkour. Parkour entails running, climbing, jumping, swinging, and any other methods of movement in order to navigate over obstacles and through any type of course. New students learn the fundamental skills of parkour as well as safe falling practices designed to keep them safe for the rest of their lives, no matter what sport they are playing. In our classes, you will notice a great focus on full-body movement and involvement, which keeps exercise and activity fun. As practitioners become more proficient in the basic training that we offer, they will begin to discover and branch out to new movements. This act of discovery is very important for building the foundation for physical creativity which leads to full physical intelligence that can translate to any sport they desire.
